VizoLabs Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 3, 2026

VizoLabs (“VizoLabs,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI image and video generation app (the “App”). This policy explains what information the App processes and how. We built the App to collect as little personal information as possible.

The short version

Information we process

1. Anonymous identifier. When you first open the App, we create an anonymous account through Firebase Authentication. This gives your device a random identifier (a “UID”). It is not linked to your name, email, or any real-world identity. We use it only to:

2. Images and prompts you provide. To generate a result, the photo you select and any text prompt you enter are transmitted through our secure backend to a third-party AI generation provider, which processes them to produce your image or video. To do this, the provider briefly holds your source image and the generated result on its own infrastructure only as long as needed to perform and deliver the generation, then deletes it on its own retention schedule — generally within a few days for uploaded source images and up to about two weeks for generated media (some result links expire within about a minute). These third-party schedules are set by the providers and may change. We do not use your photos or prompts to train our own models. Third-party providers process your content according to their own terms and privacy policies, which may differ from ours. Once your result is generated, the output is returned to and stored on your device.

3. Token and purchase information. We store your token balance and basic usage counters associated with your anonymous UID in our database (Google Firestore). When you buy tokens, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google (and, once enabled, our purchase-management provider RevenueCat). We receive a confirmation that a purchase occurred and the product purchased — we never receive or store your payment card details.

4. Content stored on your device. Generated images/videos and your in-app history are stored locally on your device. We do not store copies of your photos or generated content on our own servers. Our backend keeps only limited operational and error logs (such as your anonymous UID, request status, and diagnostics) needed to run, secure, and debug the service; these do not include your photos. If you save a result to your photo library or share it, that action is handled by your device’s operating system.

What we do NOT collect

Permissions we request

Third parties that process data on our behalf

Data retention

Your choices and rights

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children

The App is not directed to children and is intended for users 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us and we will delete any associated record.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including server-side handling of provider credentials (so no API keys are stored in the App) and platform attestation (App Check) to deter abuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App.
